There is no code or tracking from either Facebook or Google. If you enter PII to enable certain features, we store it securely and never sell it.

We use anonymous analytics only to improve the app.

What We Collect

  • Your usage data, such as events you've saved, are stored anonymously to enable features like push notifications.
  • If you create an account, we store your account information and usage data to sync them to your other devices and show them in the app.
  • We use random alphanumeric tokens to keep you logged in and send you push notifications. Our server software stores basic technical information, such as your IP address.

Analytics

Headliners uses PostHog to collect statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features, and Sentry to monitor errors. This data is used to improve the app.

If you provide your email address to Headliners, such that your anonymous usage is de-anonymized, we will only use it to provide service to you and improve the app. (Never sell or share it.)

We implement numerous security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app and website requires HTTPS.
